4. If you received the email with your USERNAME and PASSWORD – our Jurors accepted your application for the membership level you applied for.

• What ever Level of Membership you choose - be assured we take pridein providing the best exhibition platform to benefit the Artist.

• This page will be created in the ABS-format including your images, your bio/resume, statement, contact information and direct Email link and/or link to your own home page

• You will be invited to show in one group Internet exhibition per year

• This exhibition is internationally announced and widely promoted

• There you will be able to showcase 8 more pieces for sale

• You have the opportunity to be selected for our monthly FEATURE ARTIST,     where you are given the prime spot on our site. With up to 20 art pieces,     description and a full-length article and review about the artist.     This artist is included in the front of deep submission of our site

• 5 excellent quality scanned images, slides or photographs for our Jurors to view, or web site URL

• Contact Information [valid email, URL, physical address, phone, fax etc.]

• Full Bio/Vitae

• Statement [Philosophy, yours]

• Award list [including URL's] or achievements

• Special Announcements [like public physical exhibitions, openings etc.]     if any, or Links you wish to have listed

• Publications [if any]

• Portrait of yourself [not mandatory]

• Web site/page URL where you placed our Link [get code here]

• Images [full size, excellent quality, each image in a separate file]

• Artwork List [descriptions and titles of your images]

• Permission statement to the gallery for exhibiting your art

• Read Membership requirements, copyright and disclaimer notice

• BEFORE you can submit/upload your files - you need to have received your profile USERNAME and PASSWORD from us. At the time of acceptance you receive an email where the url link and instructions are included where to go.

• Submit all your files and information within 10 business days of acceptance

• When you login for the first time - you need to COMPLETE your Profile and select your choice for the shopping cart ! Double check if your email address is current and valid - !!!

• If-submitting photographs by regular mail: please include a self addressed, stamped envelope if you wish to have your material returned. [We usually keep all art material safely stored in our files and only accept this method of submitting your files if you absolutely have no other option or if we discussed a future book publication for you]

• you must upload image files and determine at upload to which category you wish to have your work exhibited. You are also able - to change the category/sub-category once your images are available online. Login to your Profile and make your choices.

• Images "MUST" be either: JPEG, JPG, GIF, TIFF or PING

• File size:  maximum 5000 KB each image [exceptions possible] - average should be 1.2 MB

• Title:  you can "edit" or place the Title for an Image once they are showing in the exhibition

• please do NOT send your materials in intervals over a period of one week: have ALL your files ready BEFORE you start uploading them. It is difficult for us to build your pages without having all the information ready. Artists that ONLY upload Images, but negclect to provide us with Bio and other files for your html Pages - remain in the gallery for a period of 1 month. If no files have been received by this period of Time, we will delete your temp html pages and you can no longer be found in the regular artist navigation on  our main site. It is at our discretion to allow your images to remain in the exhibition or not.

• it depends on various factors:

• how quick you submit your 'complete' information and images is the largest factor.

• It usually takes 20 business days, depending on how many images you submitted.

• If more than 50 images are in one exhibition, then it will take a few days longer.

• If you have several art categories, it will take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days, depending on the number of images and categories we need to establish for you.

• Your UPLOAD goes to a TEMPORARY HOLDING area - we retrieve your files: first process all your text content for your html pages.

• Your Images are processed for correct formatting by our professional staff and are then loaded in to the EXHIBITION.

• AFTER you see your images in the live exhibition, you are able to go and place Titles, Descriptions, Prices, change Category or Personal Folders.

• this seems to be a lot to have ready to go. The more you will appreciate our new feature of the "Art-E book", which is YOUR PORTFOLIO in one file, that every member of ABS-Gallery can apply for - unfortunately it is no longer Free, because of the work involved. The fee for a pro-Portfolio is $ 150.00 and needs to be requested separately by email.
• The portfolio/art-ebook is with YOUR copyright and the right to re-produce, sell or give away. Use it for submissions to other galleries (believe me, they appreciate the ease), potential employers (graphic artists for example), as your OWN PRESS-KIT and what ever else you can think of.

• depending on the Level you choose you have several payment-plan options for Premium or Elite Membership. [Free Memberships are exactly what it says "FREE"]

• Or skip including pic’s!!!!!! WE ARE NOT able to process your request. You’d be amazed how many forget the most important information. We have stacks of mail and no one to contact. We can not do research on you.
